Drone Surveys
Inspecting a roof can often be tricky and is frequently overlooked by busy property managers. A high-level condition and drone roof survey report can be used to gain a better understanding of the general condition, life span and future maintenance requirements of a roof or facade. It could also pinpoint a potential issue before it worsens allowing your maintenance team to proactively stop leaks before they occur.
We will provide video and photos of high level areas only or include this into a bundle with a full report detailing where we feel current and potential future issues could be located. This in turn gives clients a better understanding of the issues faced and allows for more informed decision making.
Drone surveys can be provided faster and can be more efficient than a bulging written report. They are often also a far more digestible medium for your stakeholders to understand. Seeing is often believing, so a video of the issues faced can be priceless.
They can also supplement and inform a Planned Maintenance Plan as they can take in far more than just the roof.
We offer cost effective, risk free condition reporting and drone roof surveys across the whole of the North-West.

Cost-effectiveness
Drones eliminate the need for expensive scaffolding or safety harnesses. All landlords have budgetary constraints and drone surveys offer a far more economical solution than all other forms of investigation at height.
Non-Disruptive
Contacting leaseholders toa arrange access can be difficult. Sometimes the tenant has changed and you have not been updated or they are on holiday or cant provide access for a week.
Drone surveys non-disruptive and do not rely on leaseholders to start, just an instruction!
Accuracy
Drone surveys are very accurate when compared to traditional methods. Industry-leading cameras and high-quality drone equipment are used for each survey undertaken ensuring the reports are of the highest quality.
Speed
Drone surveys can be quickly commissioned. This means immediate access to high-definition video or still imagery then allows contractors and surveyors the opportunity for further analysis and reporting. We also provide links to grant you and any 3rd parties access to our surveys online, allowing contractors to quote from surveys hosted on our platform.
Safety
Adherence to UK Working at Height Regulations is paramount for clients and managing agents. Employing drones from the ground eliminates the risk of falls, ensuring a safe and secure surveying process.
Collaboration
We are happy to work with your maintenance team, engineers or preferred contractors to conduct safe drone inspections and identify the causes of your problems at height. We support you with your reactive and planned maintenance needs to help you manage and maintain your assets efficiently and safely.
Drone 3D Modelling
Do you grow tired of old grainy images from google earth which don’t allow you to fully understand your building? Drones allow us to capture data to produce 3D models through photogrammetry with incredible levels of accuracy using densified point clouds and georeferenced orthomosaics. This gives exact, detailed, photorealistic images of your building from all levels and angels.

Increased Understanding
The way to manage a block efficiently is to understand it. If a leaseholder is reporting damp, often it takes a contractor attending site to know why. With our models, you can undertake your own high level investigation of an issue.
Planned Maintenance Planning
To determine the external work which your building requires over the next 1, 2, 5 or 10 years, a visual inspection is paramount. It allows you to see issues which need resolving and crucially, it allows you to show leaseholder, directors and freeholders the extent of problems.
Quck Analysis
Analyse and diagnose the likely source of issues quickly. A major issue in older, stone/brick build apartments is damp. A leaseholder complains they have damp around the window or a patch of damp in the living room. Contractors attend site and without inspecting the exterior, but cant determine the cause. While this happens and potentially another contractor is required, the issue will inevitably worsen. A 3D model will allow the block manager to inspect the exterior first and pass vital information on to the contractor. It could be a visibly damaged mortar joint which is worsening over time or a blocked drain. With a model this could quickly and easily be identified and the appropriate information and contractor sent to remediate before the issue worsens.
Give access to Leaseholders
Explanation of issues from leaseholders can often be a little woolly. They may have a good understanding of the issue but passing this information over is difficult. By giving them access to the 3d model, they can pinpoint the exact location of an issue.
